Transportation of players from Athens to Chalkida

The Organizing Committee of "Acropolis 2009" wishes to inform all players
and accompanying people that transportation will be arranged on the 9th of
August 2009 from the "El.Venizelos" Airport of Athens to Hotel Paliria in
Chalkida, free of charge. Transportation will be made by bus and its
duration is approximately one hour.

In order to arrange the schedule of departures from Athens Airport, all
interested players are kindly requested to email the Tournament Coordinator,
Mr. Michail Prevenios ( mprevenios@gmail.com ) with their arrival details
(airline, flight number, time of arrival) as soon as possible. Please do so
even if you have already informed us, in order to avoid any
misunderstandings.

Transportation from Chalkida to Athens Airport will be arranged for the
morning of August 19th as well. The exact schedule of this route will be
announced during the tournament, in accordance with the players' departure
plans.
